Who we are
This site is operated by PrimeAxis Global – FZCO, trading as OTG — On The Ground 2.0, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this notice, write to hello@otgdxb.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries. The name, company, email, phone number and message you submit through the form on this site.
- Technical data. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and availability.
There are no accounts on this website. You cannot create a username or a password here, and we do not ask you to.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to deliver services you or your employer have engaged us for, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our Supabase database. The website is served by Cloudflare. Both may process data outside the UAE; where that happens we rely on those providers' contractual data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for the life of the relationship and for as long as required afterwards for legal and audit purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@otgdxb.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and no sign-in cookies, because there is nothing to sign in to.
