Four things. We say no to the rest.
OTG is a consultancy. We advise on the software that F&B, retail and event businesses run on, we open this market for the partners who build that software, and we put the connectivity and people on the ground to make it work.
SaaSconsulting for F&B and retail
The software a business runs on decides how fast it serves, what it wastes and whether it knows its own numbers. We treat that as a consulting problem, not a procurement one.
What we advise on
- Point of sale and order management
- Payment acceptance and reconciliation
- Supply chain, stock, recipe and wastage
- Workforce, rostering and attendance
- Reporting and consolidation across outlets
How we work
- Assessment of what you run and what it costs
- A shortlist built against your menu and volumes
- Introductions to the partners behind those products
- Implementation, integration and go-live support
- Training so the staff actually use it
Where we stand
We hold commercial relationships with some of the partners we recommend. When that is the case we say so, in writing, before you decide. Advice you cannot audit is not advice.
Marketaccess for partners
A good product with no route into the Gulf is just a good product. We are the route — and the honest read on whether the market wants it yet.
Market read
Who actually buys here, at what price, against whom — and whether your product is ready. Sometimes the answer is not yet, and we will say so.
Positioning & packaging
Commercial models and language that land with a Gulf operator rather than the ones that worked at home.
Channel development
Opening the right channels and introducing you to the operators, groups and organisers who are genuinely in market.
Readiness for the field
Install guides, demo material and support scripts, so the product can be deployed by people who did not build it.
Deployment support
We install, train and support on the ground, so your first customers here get a proper experience before you hire locally.
Fintech & payment partners
We do not issue payments ourselves. We do fintech consultancy: we work with licensed payment partners, advise operators on acceptance, settlement and reconciliation, and link the two through the same consulting route — we advise and introduce, the provider contracts and carries the service.
Eventsoftware consulting
Events run on software that has to work first time, on a site that did not exist last week. We consult on what that software should be, and help build it.
- Requirements and solution design for event management platforms
- Specifying vendor management, accreditation and operational tooling
- Advising on point of sale and payment acceptance across an event site
- Working with development partners to build what does not exist yet
- Integration between the event platform and the operator's own systems
We work alongside event organisers, planners and event management companies — as the technology side of their team, not as a supplier selling a platform.
Groundconnectivity and deployment
Our infrastructure work is deliberately narrow: connectivity, deployment and support on site. Enough to make the software work, and nothing we cannot stand behind.
Connectivity
- Site survey and network design
- Per-zone coverage so one failure is not total
- Cellular fallback, tested before it matters
- In-store networking for outlets and groups
Deployment & ground support
- Device configuration and staging before it ships
- Installation and commissioning on site
- Crew on the floor through go-live and peak
- Teardown, recovery and a written handover
