Using this site
This website is published by PrimeAxis Global – FZCO, trading as OTG. It exists to describe who we are and what we do. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site.
What is on it
Descriptions of services and ways of working are for information. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate signed agreement, which prevails over anything written here.
Third-party products
Where OTG advises on, introduces or deploys another company's software, hardware or payment services, that product remains subject to its own provider's terms, pricing, eligibility criteria and approval. The provider contracts with you directly and carries the service. Availability and features can change without notice.
Training
Training material we prepare is provided for the training of your staff in connection with services we deliver. It may not be resold, republished or used to train a competing offering without our written permission. We do not issue certifications and we are not an accredited training body.
Intellectual property
The OTG name, brand and the content of this site belong to PrimeAxis Global – FZCO, except third-party marks, which belong to their owners.
Liability
We take care over what we publish but do not warrant that this site is error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
